Western Washington All British Field Meet plea for volunteers.
Western Washington’s All British Field Meet will be held at St. Edward Park on July 21rd.
As you might know, Steve Hanegan was in charge for several years and did a terrific job. He decided to step down last year. A team was formed to pick up the ball and continue this wonderful event for the British car owners.
We are all volunteers running this show and we need help for the Day of Show.
We will need at least 20 volunteers for spectator parking. You would work for
1 ½ hours either collecting the $10 entry fee or parking the cars. Spectator parking shifts would start at 8:00 am.
We also need help with parking your marque. The number needed depends on the number of cars registered. For example: the Austin Healey marque usually has between 30-40 cars so 2-3 people are needed to make sure the cars are placed on the field correctly. The people parking the marques would be allowed entry by 7:30 am and would need to stay until the cars were all placed.
