Sat August 23rd 2008 Tech Session at Steve Day's in Wenatchee
The topics for the Tech session at this years` RUN TO THE RANCH get together, Aug. 23rd and 24th, will be: AGE OF TIRES AND SAFETY, and, THE ROLE THE ROCKER SHAFTAND BUSHINGS PLAY IN THE HEALEY OIL SYSTEM.
We will cover the new and critical information on how age, not just miles, determine tire safety, and how to tell if your tires are safe.
We will also cover the basics of the lubrication system in the Healey engine, “Oil Pressure”, and how the rocker shaft and its bushings have a direct effect on oil pressure, leaks, and possible oil consumption. Aged samples will be available to “see” what we are talking about.
